Software Costs

The cost of software needs to be considered in the context of the benefits it can deliver to your organisation. Our system is intended specially for aiding in DNCL compliance in Canada. The ability to easily comply with regulatory requirements, prove that compliance, and avoid infringement are key. Added benefits are the easy sharing of contact information and the ability to track telephone based marketing activity.

Our system is designed to be run using a browser from any computer connected to the internet. We do not sell our software directly. Instead, you purchase the right to use it on our servers on a monthly basis, and pay a small monthly fee for each user of the system. We believe this is a practical and effective solution, especially for small business users.

Fees as of December 2008

Basic users are each allowed up to 200 Call Tracker queries per month and are free to setup and free to maintain. Agents who mainly rely on existing business relationships and permission based marketing are ideal basic users.

People who use cold calling to generate sales need a power user account. Power users can make up to 5,000 queries per month, typically on a frequent and regular daily basis. They also have access to the list scrubbing facilities. For each power user there is an initial setup charge and a monthly fee, declining with quantity on a sliding scale.

The initial setup charge is $50, and the basic maintenance fee is $10 per month. An administrator and a supervisor account are both required and are included in the $10 monthly fee.

NDNCL integration of $20 for the first area code is additional to the basic $10 monthly fee. If we download and merge the subscription for you, and all your area codes are on the same subscription, then the second and each additional area code is three quarters of the price of the preceding one. Areas 226 and 519 or 416 and 905 on the same subscription count as one area code provided all your users together query fewer than 2,000 numbers per month, and we handle your NDNC data download.

All applicable taxes are extra.

Billing frequency will depend on the total annual amount due and will be quarterly for amounts over $100 per month, twice per year for amounts over $50 per month, or annually for lesser amounts. Payment will be due in advance except at the commencement of service when 15 days grace are allowed to provide for a free trial period.

Calculate a Price Power Users: Areas Codes: (count 519+226 or 416+905 as 1 area) For up to 100 basic users but no NDNCL integration - internal DNCL only - the cost will be $50 initial setup plus $10 per month, plus all applicable taxes. If you choose to migrate off our system, we will refund pro rata the balance of fees for any unused months. You can capture your data directly from the report screens, or we will dump and forward your data at our hourly rate. There are no back end exit fees.
